Les Anges (French for 'The Angels') is a beautiful healing retreat and holiday home. A perfect place for family or friends to take some time out, in all seasons, to calm, soothe, relax, have fun, spend some time in self reflection, or just Be.

The house and garden are friendly, welcoming, supportive and beautiful to be in.

Four poster bed looking into gardenSelf-help books adorn the bookshelves and the whole house and garden are blessed with the energy of the loving divine, a healing energy which holds you in its loving embrace and brings healing and touches one at a deep divine soul level. This area of France is littered with archaeological evidence showing very early human settlements and communities. It’s often cited as the place where ancient man left to travel the Atlantic to America and seed the Native American tribes and culture. It’s easy to see what attracted Neanderthal man to this area of France. The abundance of natural energy, water, woodland and lay lines makes it as rich as anywhere we have seen on Earth.

Angel paintingThe American Artiste Nada who painted the inside of Les Anges lives in France as a Buddhist. She made hand-made organic paints and chanted into them and soaked crystals in the water to make paints that were filled with love and a sense of centred-ness. All the time Nada was painting Les Anges, she felt a huge angel standing over the house and gardens watching over it, supporting the space there and energetically bringing love and divine joy.

There is also a beautiful angel painting by Marianne Hunter at the end of the romantic and very comfortable four poster bed. See painting opposite. Information about artist here.

Les Anges is a perfect holiday home for all. Many families with young children and teenagers have so much fun there, as well as the more mature generation without kids, looking for peace and relaxation, a place to de-stress. Also perfect for those wishing to walk, cycle, or just see the beautiful and wondrous sites of the Dordogne.
