Welcome to Mardon House Healing Centre, where we like to offer support before, during and after pregnancy.
Donna Swan has always been very interested in pregnancy, birth, birth techniques, natural birthing, natural healing, massage and yoga.
She first started yoga when she was a teenager, and continued to use yoga through all of her pregnancies and found it very supportive, especially when combined with conscious breathing, and some meditation and relaxation techniques.
Donna has worked with women before they fell pregnant; taught many pregnancy yoga classes and offers some special pregnancy aswell as pre pregnancy and post pregnancy massage and healing treatments.
