Pregnancy Yoga
Donna teaches weekly Pregnancy Yoga Classes from Mardon House Healing Centre, in Trottiscliffe, Kent.
Monday Nights - 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
Classes are : 23rd and 30th January, and then weekly - term time only.
Mardon House is central to West Malling, Sevenoaks, Gravesend, Tonbridge and Maidstone.

Conscious Pregnancy Yoga.
Donna's Conscius Pregnancy Yoga Classes include wonderful opening and strengthening physical yoga, as well as meditation for calming the mind, relaxation for soothing and letting go, connecting with your baby whilst he or she is still within the womb, and the opportunity to discuss many aspects of birth, breatsfeeding etc. Our aim is to nurture and empower you as a mother to be. Supportive and fun environment.
The classes are suitable for any pregnant mum-to-be who is feeling well enough to exercise, although some schools of thought recommend from 12 weeks. It is a friendly class, designed to enhance your inner strength, as well as your physical strength, to support you in your pregnancy and birth experience, and to bring you opportunities to relax and prepare for the birth of your amazing baby. Includes Yoga postures, breath work, exercises and positive birth meditations.
Donna trained intensively in Pregnancy Yoga with Gurmukh in New York, after completing a Level One Yoga Teacher Training in London in 2004.
Donna used yoga and meditation to help realise her own vision of birth. She and her husband, Mark have four children, including twins.
